High-Level Strategy.
Radical Human Grace.

I help leaders, creators, and seekers trade the exhaustion of constant striving for identity-first stability.

For years, I lived as a master of output. I was the teacher, the strategist, the operator—the one who kept every plate spinning and used performance as proof of value.

And then, life forced an unasked-for stop.

In 2019, an aggressive-onset Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis hollowed out my world overnight. Within 24 hours, I lost the ability to walk, to feel my hands and feet, and to trust my own body.

The stop wasn't a choice; it was an ambush. In the quiet aftermath, strip-mined of my roles, my productivity, and my physical strength, I was left facing the heaviest question of my life:

"If I am not accomplishing something... do I still matter?"

The Math Behind True Worth

Seeking answers, I turned to theology, psychology, value theory, and operational strategy. I wasn't doing research for an academic paper—I was trying to reassemble my soul.

The breakthrough didn't come from a lofty text. It came from a piece of middle-school math homework:

Absolute Value.

In mathematics, absolute value measures a number’s distance from zero—regardless of whether it moves in a positive or negative direction. The distance stays the same because its core relationship to the center remains untouched.

It struck me deeply: What if human worth works the exact same way?

Your value doesn't change depending on which direction life pushes you—success or failure, gain or loss, a booming career or a forced health detour. Your worth holds steady at the center. It is a fixed point—unchanged by output, unearned by performance, and untouched by circumstance.

When I began rebuilding my life from this truth, everything shifted.

I stepped back into the business advising world—not to prove myself through hustle, but to offer quiet presence, strategic clarity, and deep compassion to overwhelmed founders.

By decoupling identity from metrics, my clients didn't just find peace—they built stronger, more sustainable, and highly effective organizations.

In 2025, standing on a stage with a cane in hand, I was named the National Business Advisor of the Year by the Association of Women's Business Centers.

It was proof of what I had whispered to myself in the dark: When you stop building for your worth, you can finally build from it.

How We Can Work Together

Today, as an author, speaker, and advisor, my work centers on a single mission: creating clarity out of overwhelm and helping people remember who they've always been.

• AUTHOR: Author of "The Ultimate Act of Being Enough: Your Guide to Remembering Your Worth When Everything Falls Apart".

• SPEAKER: Creator of "The Absolute Series"—delivering keynotes on high-performance culture, purpose-driven entrepreneurship, and soul-centered identity.
